Dr Nicholas Edwards (Chairman) graduated in Medicine from the University of Oxford in 1985. After research into the use of Artificial Intelligence to do medical diagnosis and work in Cardiology and General Surgery he spent 18 years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He is Chairman of Kinapse and Oxtex and has a particular interest in restructuring pharmaceutical R&D.

Fraser Skirrow (CEO) graduated from Pembroke College Oxford in 1985 and completed his MBA at London Business School in 1989. Before co-founding MedInnovate he was a partner in Accenture, leading the European R&D consulting business. His projects have focused on strategy, governance, organisation design and metrics in Development organisations, especially post merger.

Dr Warwick Tong graduated as Senior Scholar in Medicine from Auckland University in NZ and with an MPP (Public Policy) from Victoria University, Wellington NZ. After 15 years in clinical medicine he joined Glaxo NZ as Medical Director with subsequent regional and international business and commercial roles in Singapore and London.

Maureen Coleman graduated in pharmacy and pharmacology from Strathclyde University in 1974. After a brief spell in hospital pharmacy, Maureen spent over 25 years at Glaxo Smith Kline in a variety of roles in R&D and product development including clinical supplies and pharmaceutical development. She supported the R&D executive through two global mergers. On leaving GSK, Maureen became CEO of NovaThera, a regenerative medicine company spun out from Imperial College, London. She is currently chairman of Parafricta and Zyoxel. Maureen represented the European pharmaceutical industry during the development of the ICH Stability Guidelines.

Dr Richard Barker OBE graduated with a BA in Chemistry from the University of Oxford. He also received a D Phil for research on biological NMR from Oxford. His 25-year business career in healthcare has spanned biopharmaceuticals, diagnostics and medical informatics – both in the USA and Europe. Most recently he was Director General of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry, member of the Executive Committee of EFPIA and Council member of IFPMA.
