Over the past 15 years MedInnovate Directors have worked with heads of development, and function heads to define the indicators needed to ensure their strategies were being carried out and to manage day to day business across functions, teams , regions countries and processes. {We} have created management information systems, integrated management reporting, built performance metrics groups to analyse and report performance data and supported development and function heads in interpreting and acting on information to improve performance.
